V1.0:

Playback Mode:

  • Launch the “ARINC 664 ProView” application.  There is a shortcut on your Desktop after installation.  There is also an ARINC 664 ProView folder in the Start Menu.
  • Press F2 to load a configuration file previously generated by the ARINC 664 Configuration Tool. Note that the ARINC 664 Configuration Tool can be launched at any time by pressing F12.
  • Press F3 to specify a playback file. This file must have been previously recorded using either the ProView software or on an ICS Linux-based FTSIU platform.
  • Optionally modify the IRIG Start Time by going to Configure->Playback->Modify IIRG Start Time. This will cause the ProView software to skip from the beginning of the playback file up to the specified IRIG Start Time during playback. Note that this field is initially populated with the first IRIG time found in the specified playback file. Leaving this field unmodified will result in the entire file being played back.
  • Optionally check or uncheck (default) the option for continuous playback mode by going to Configure->Playback->Continuous Playback. This option may be changed at any time, including during playback.  Note that during continuous playback mode, the beginning of the file up to the IRIG Start Time will still be skipped on each playback loop, assuming the IRIG Start Time has been modified from its default value.
  • Optionally enable the CSV output by pressing F7 and specifying the desired CSV output file.
  • Begin playback by pressing F9 or clicking on the “Run” button. During playback, the speed can be adjusted by pressing F4 and moving the slider bar to the desired playback speed.
