4 channel ASCB-D Interface Card with Legacy A, B, and C bus support

New ASCB Communications Board for Honeywell™ ASCB versions A, B, C, and D Data Busses. This board was designed as a modern replacement to the Honeywell 7026131-901 PCI-NIC that ICS designed and produced for 12 years for Honeywell™. While the 7026131-901 PCI-NIC is still available from ICS, the design is 12 years old and lead-times of some parts have become increasingly long and hard to procure.

The TP1001-902 is a 4-channel PMC based ASCB Bus interface card for interfacing to Honeywell’s Proprietary ASCB Busses. The Board has four independent physical layer channels capable of interfacing to the four ASCB busses typically found on aircraft installations. Both RX-only and TX/RX versions of the board are available. Support for ASCB-D is off-the-shelf with support for Version A, B, and C ASCB busses as needed by customers for legacy support. In addition, this board has built-in support for possible newer ASCB version D enhanced versions of the bus should they become standard. 

Each card is a single board solution to what previously required dual ASCB-D PCI-NIC boards (Honeywell Part number 7026131-901).

The PMC form factor of this board allows for use in a multitude of host platforms such as PCI, PCI Express, PCIX, compact PCI, VME, and even as an 9-36 VDC aircraft powered stand-alone platform  that interfaces to a laptop or other platform via 10/100/1000BaseT Ethernet.
